Your first mistake was trying to buy an account. Whether it's from a friend or not is irrelevant. Common sense should tell you that. You also have no proof about any of the payments, but either way this "WAR" clan doesn't sound like a place to be. How you describe the clan, it sounds like you won't be getting your money back so you should instead spend some time making your own account and finding a better clan next time.
