Forums | Teamspeak | Discord  Saturday, 14th March: Final Ownage Elite massed up 80 elites on a mission to end Rage for the 5th week in a row. We knew they were going to have a shit turnout today after having such a poor, low activity week so this was by far one of our easier trips. We were far more prepared than them and it showed on the battlefield. They peaked at just 55 today while their alliance clan had under 45, giving them no other option but to hide all day. We chased them everywhere hitting them in multi, random worlds, and singles shortly before they called it quits. They went to clan wars within just 1 hour of the trip while we maintained 75+ ready to fight other pure clans. We dominated every cluster and ended as the last clan out as always, solidifying our #1 spot. Looking forward to do it all again tomorrow. ~ Real Me ~ K2P ~ Cody ~ Nando

January 11. The day where 39IQ rage leadership log in on 70 foe pures with 55-60 pures and 15-20 mains after we had been giving them clean return fights for months, I think both sides can agree that our f2p return fights late 2019 were really fun. Rage had been getting dicked in f2p for some weeks but they were still competitive in p2p with a good pull. Now look at what starting a nh war did to them, they can't enter the wildy on saturdays and they go through 30 glory teleports on sunday and are lucky to have a fight lasting longer than 3 minutes. Most of their weekend action is clanwars yet they are still #5 in clanwars. Who made all these self destructive leadership decisions and why is rage playing victim now?

Forums | TeamSpeak | Discord After yet another week of bullying zenith in the caves, watching them admitting teaming on us, using mains, raging us, their leadership claiming fake wins, brainwashing their members after getting smoked each fight, sat multiple spam recruiters around runescape, paying each recruit 5m they managed to mass up 80-90 odd members to try take us on. A week of hype topics, a week of abusing legacy members trying to get their members to turn up and try get their first W on us. If you haven't seen the exposure of zenith part 1, be sure to give it a watch. Part 2 out shortly x 76 LEGACY members turned up today ready to slam this shitty blue caped clan. Smoking them down opts is what we do. We knew by there combat levels they wouldn't go past fog as they would always have +20 kids unable to fight being such low leveled just being used as a +1 on the cape counter, resulting in them thinking brainwashing their members by saying they we're still winning l0l. Summary of Zeniths trip: Legacy v Apex / Rage Heard zenith had finally stepped into the wilderness, we hopped over to corp hill to chase these rats. Sadly they got word we hopped into their world and bolted right into single. Rage and Apex were left outside corp hill. Having +40 on both clans we made light work of rage and apex getting quick kills and sending them back to singles. We quickly hopped out to continue our chase on these rats. Legacy v Zenith / Apex Waiting 20 mins for Zenith to regroup we heard they finally were heading out. We ran over from p13s and hit them in level 2 wilderness. Starting down 15 we grew a quick advantage, much to our surprise apex came to their aid, we moved east to west to try shake them. Rage then came into play hitting apex, leaving us a clean 1v1 v Zenith. Pushed them south of the ditch and all around the lumberyard, zenith members finally grew a pair and took it north. Sadly their rock crab recruits were left untouched as no legacy member could attack any level 50/60s leaving them with a decent number on the cape counter. Foe came and hit rage, so apex came back to 2v1 us. We positioned around apex and zenith again trying to avoid it. Zenith decided to run off and get a log leaving us with apex. Still having 60 in game we quickly dealt to the last of the apex members before we got a bank. Legacy v Zenith / Rage Waited an age for Zenith to leave level 2 wilderness, heard they got to level 10 so we bolted over yet again. Got a quick advantage on them finding easy backline piles. Sadly, they gave rage a call and rage came hitting us from behind, we tried to preposition ourselves however with spams saying off pink we kept going west to p13s, Rage went north to graves and surprise zenith went south for yet another bank knowing they cant fight us 1v1 while we stood in multi with still 70 left waiting to tussle. Listening in to cringe audio of Zenith ranks claiming another clear on us l0l. Zenith Experience part 2 out this week! Legacy v Zenith Watched Zenith walk up single strip until they reached sperm. Not responding to any Pms by Legacy it Looked like they were trying to battle FOE. We quickly intercepted the fight and started another chase. Sending Zenith running from East of sperm, over to corp hill, down to ca, then eventually back to their homeland of the ditch. Watching their opts fall down to a mere 20 in game with only their level 60 and 70 5m rock crab recruits left standing. Having been sniped from behind by FOE and eventually apex chasing zenith down, rather than fighting in level 2 we decided to get a bank and keep up the hunt. Legacy v Zenith v FOE Finished the day trying to get a 1v1 with Zenith, Sadly they wouldn't walk past fog. We went down to hit them, FOE had hit them just before us. Focused Zenith from the get go pushing them east near single strip then chased them from single strip all the way to edgeville bridge, having Foe sniping us from behind. Continued to put pressure on zenith pushing them all over the wilderness until they eventually stopped at Chaos Altar. They managed to some how lose 50 members getting to ca l0l. Luckily for Zenith, FOE came back into the fight, we kept our focus on zenith. Pushed them back and forth from altar to the mouth for 10-15 minutes before they realized Apex and Rage had ended and no one would be able to aid them this fight. Knowing they were unable to beat us they ran away like rats ending there trip. 90 starting 40 ending, rough day for zenith l0l Legacy v FOE Zenith being bullied to end. Left us with a clean 1v1 with FOE which went on for 30 odd minutes between Ca corp and p19s. Got to the point the opts didn't move from 45v50 for several minutes. Not having all day to sit there having a long ass return fight and knowing our job was done ending Zenith we decided to pull it into single and end our trip. We started our trip off with a pretty clean 1 v 1 against Rage and got a full clear on them, thanks for the fight Rage. We also had a few nice fights with Foe @ volcanoes and chaos alter, thanks for the little tussles. Every chance we got we made sure to make Legashit our bitch, they tried their best to crash all of our clean fights w/ about 20 mains but failed miserably. On 03/14/2020, Damage Control massed up 35+ shooters as normal and killed everything in the wilderness. For the second night in a row, clan Apex decided to mass up and hit us. Bad move for apex, as they were broken both nights in under 30 minutes. Rancher Nox has bitten off more than he can chew, beefing with a clan who is undefeated in rivalries is not the smartest move when your community is just simply not active. A trusted source from inside clan Apex did confirm with me that their members ran out of rev teleports after being killed over 25 times each during the cluster, forcing their cringe members to use Burning amulet teleport to lava maze. Apex also managed to only have ONE mager the entire fight, shout out to All Styles for being the only Apex member who knows how to gear switch. After breaking and ending every trip they had this week, Apex is now projected to spend even more time hiding in clan wars and practicing 2v2s. Rancher Nox needs to understand 2 things here - 1) You have 48 hours to pay for off or you will be camped 24/7 2) Apex Fopper cannot save you this time, though he has outstanding interpersonal skills, the cringe actions of Apex have trumped any relationship between Apex and DC.

Fragmentation The Golden Age Welcoming New PvPers Current Status Our vision for PvP is still very much a work in progress, but we’d to share as much as we can. Our current PvP mission statement We will consolidate and unite the PvP scene to position it for future growth. The Wilderness is where emergent dangerous PvP gameplay takes place. Minigames and events exist to offer unique content changes or structured play which aren’t possible in the Wilderness. Competitive gaming compliments and adheres to the PvP vision, but it doesn’t dictate the vision. The act of killing players shouldn’t generate expected wealth gain in an abusable way. Onboarding new players is crucial, but not at the expense of core gameplay. Possible 'consolidation' content changes: Return of Bounty Hunter. We removed the content because of the level of abuse it faced. It will return with the potential for abuse reduced as much as possible. We expect this to be the earliest content to arrive, hopefully around the end of this month or early April. Removal of PvP worlds. With this change we’re trying to solve the fragmentation of PKers. We understand that PvP worlds offer hotspots with convenient fights and a desirable combat level bracket, and we’ll do our utmost to offset this by creating similar hotspots in the Wilderness. Restrict Wilderness access to specific worlds. Again, we’re trying to solve the fragmentation of PKers. Hundreds of game worlds have been added since Old School’s release. Whilst we could reduce their number, that’d have adverse effects elsewhere in the game by exacerbating competition for things like bosses and resources. Remove High Risk worlds, replaced by Very High Risk worlds. Dying on these worlds will result in the loss of all items to create risk-heavy and exciting opportunities. Moving Clan Wars and Last Man Standing to the Wilderness. They’re currently quite out of the way in the desert. We’d like to move the lobbies for these minigames to the Wilderness, like when Clan Wars was introduced to RuneScape. The lobby would be a safe area, reachable via teleport, and likely positioned to the west/south west of the Graveyard of Shadows. Our intention is to create a new hotspot of activity in the low-level Wilderness. Resolve Last Man Standing quality issues. We’d like to remove the buy-in fee for the competitive game mode. We don’t think it’s necessary now that we’ve added a permanent High Stakes variant. We’d also want to reduce the number of F2P Last Man Standing worlds. We’re also investigating content changes to prevent ‘boxing’ from occurring during games. Redesigning Wilderness bosses. We’re not happy with the quality of Wilderness bosses such as Callisto, Vet’ion and Venenatis. We’d like to give them actual mechanics and relocate them to suitable areas. We envisage a winding series of tunnels and chambers connecting the bosses with various cave entrances in the Wilderness overworld. Increasing the challenge offered by the bosses would also pave the way for buffing the drops and rewards offered. W45 Deadman. Honestly, we’re not sure what to do with the Permanent Deadman world. We’d like to run a poll on W45 to gauge player opinion on how best to proceed. We’re open to resetting the game world (either once, or on a regular basis) and exploring cosmetic incentives or additional XP increase for continued play across resets. Wilderness PJ timer. We understand that lone PKers would likely want a Wilderness PJ timer added to single-way combat areas, whereas PKers in clans might prefer it to remain as it currently is. We’re open to implementing one, whether in the whole Wilderness or just certain areas. Last Man Standing queueing. We’d like to investigate whether we can queue players for Last Man Standing games, so that they can wait to join games whilst going about their ‘Scaping elsewhere in the game world. It wouldn’t be possible to do cross-world queueing, so we’d only implement it for themed worlds. Wilderness Safe Respawn Area. To make it more convenient to return to persisting fights we’d like to add an option to respawn in the Wilderness, likely in the Clan Wars lobby. Possible 'growth' content changes: Onboard new PvPers. We’d like to introduce a tutorial-type piece of content for players who are new to the Wilderness or minigames like Last Man Standing. We’d focus on introducing players to concepts like switching gear, attack styles, and prayers. Temporary Deadman events. We’d like to run regular Deadman Permadeath (you might call this the Final Hour) events, which are based on the short Deadman betas we’d run prior to our live broadcasts. This would precede the full return of Deadman. New Clan Wars features. We’d work with clan leaders to identify valuable features and changes to add to the minigame. New Last Man Standing features. Adding new maps and new account load-outs to Last Man Standing to increase the appeal and variety of the gameplay it offers. New Castle Wars changes. Exploring things like shortening the match length and implementing team size caps, among other content changes. We’d work with the competitive Castle Wars community to identify the right features, and after any release we’d still want to offer a ‘Classic’ Castle Wars experience on themed worlds. Wilderness Clans features. With the release of the Clans system we’ll explore whether there are any features we could implement to incentivise clan versus clan gameplay. Wilderness expansion. We know there are various parts of the map that players would like to see expanded, like the Desert, but we’re also very keen on expanding the Wilderness and increasing the amount of content offered. Competitive PvP program. Establishing a competitive program will include any return of Deadman, as well as structured esports. Community PvP program. Empowering the community to operate their own events with prizing and structure, like always-on Clan Wars ladders or bespoke tournaments. What's Next We’ve shared as much insight as we’re able, but it’s your feedback that will guide and finalise the changes we’ll make. Once decisions have been made, we’ll compile a backlog and development roadmap which we’ll share with you. These changes won’t happen overnight. We’re going to prioritise the consolidation changes whilst designing the growth changes. In the interest of transparency, this is not going to be an instance where we divert every Old School resource to working on PvP. Some changes will arrive soon, whereas others, like the Wilderness expansion, will be much further in the future.
