In 2022, in an era of where clanning within both communities has changed drastically, with leaderships, the types of action and starvation. As a platform, we will try our best to create as many community events while providing QoL updates within our systems such as COTM/WCOTM and more. We hope with the the help of our new staff members that we can pump new life into both communities. This year, I want our staff team to be as transparent as possible with you all. In comparison to last year, where mostly some clan leaders tried to warp what was going on within clan leader channels. With that being said, down below are events and structures we hope to update with you with throughout the year. Promotions As you read yesterday, we did our 2022 promotions. I have high hopes for this generation of promotions and what can be done for the rest of the season. We are still seeking 1 Defense Staff members as we will be providing systems for their community. Events Four Tournaments (RSBL, 1 Defense, 5v5, 1v1/2v2 big possibility. ) Two NA Vs EUs (We will be hosting later in the year another NA Vs EU.) PCL or an event of similar nature to encourage activity within our scene Along the way, we will figure out creative ways to provide different kinds of events for both Mains & Pures. We are currently hosting NA Vs EU, which will take place tomorrow. A 1 defense tournament hosted by @Paige@lawibegins next week. Team of the Month Staff and I have solid ideas on how to revamp all the systems and when and in time to return with COTM/WCOTM. We want to release a new system called "Team of the Month." In order to cater to a community that consistently is fighting each other everyday. Their scene is filled with 1 defense and we are happy that their community has been able to create vast action for themselves. We want to encourage it as uch we can. We will release a draft sometime by the ending of the month/beginning of February. COTM/WCOTM A lot of clan leaders have been reached out to by @Lord Ex& other staff members. We will continue our communication. I hope my own schedule will free up after releasing this topic + our public donor list. Main Events We would like to update your community with a preview of some with our new main staff teams by February or March. We had several clan leaders asking for some. But, I didn't have the time to source main clanners. Donator With our scheduling of events, payment of awards, payouts for competitions monthly, and more. We needed to add the role "Donator." Donators will receive: A server role (which will be above Babysitter Role in our server.) Forums Role (this will replace "Respected" on Forums.) Involvement with where their money is being contributed to. (Personal channel with all staff members.) Public Donor List on Discord & Forums. Our Current Donators Abd - overtime with events 200m+ Yoeshua - Provided Server Boosts within our NA server. Which has helped with marketing the server and excited much more people. Shugz - 50m. Pete - 50m. With the donations, Shugz & Pete, I am able to provide payouts to callers for our NA Vs EU event. A separate topic will be posted to recordkeep for the community, where our money is being spent and a list of donators. Thank you to Abd, Youeshua, Shugz, and Pete for their contributions. Sponsors It is vastly important to continue supporting our sponsors. They provide the GP that we use for our events to pay for signatures/graphics, payouts for systems(COTM/WCOTM/etc.), tournaments, and payment for callers. Our new sponsors are people who have strong vouches within the community and most of them I have dealt business with. I am very happy with the type of people we were able to get to support us. Discord Expansion Dinosaur This role will be awarded to anyone from Pre-Eoc Clanning within the pure community section. We will be releasing a similar concept to the main community sometime in the next month. Dinosaurs currently have their own chat hub. I am very happy with how the Dinosaurs have been actively talking to each other with a lax mentality. I always wanted a section for them and here it is! If you are from the pre-eoc era or before, please be prepared to provide some sort of proof. Nightowl In order to increase activity all around the server, our server usually gets quiet around night hours in EST. For those who already chat at night, they have been awarded this role on Discord. I will be observing users who talk on a nightly basis in EST-hours to receive this role. Throughout the year, we will be adding additional channels to create of more of a community-tightknit vibe than we already have now. Hope you guys will like those updates as they come. Promotions were well needed for our expansions that we plan to do in 2022. We have big plans in store for you all. I will be releasing these plans this weekend. I have been very happy with our current staff team. They have been excelling in every way possible. With these new additions, we hope(especially me) that it can help alleviate a lot of our tasks. With these Babysitter promotions, we hope to bring back COTM/WCOTM sometime this year. You all will get updates sometime in February for one of these systems. In terms of events, we have planned for plenty and currently have a tournament + NA Vs EU coming up! Thank you to those who applied, we couldn't take in any more Fatality as we want further diverse perspectives. A lot of candidates this time around were great. Counselor @Devin Devin has given his all within the last two years of Sharkbrew. I was retired and I was able to see his dedication to the community and interest. He was actually the person who brought me back to Sharkbrew originally. He has devoted his time to caring about COTM/WCOTM and pushed back on dweebs who have tried to compromise the community in any way. He has the right mindset to be able to one of the next head community managers of Sharkbrew. Also, this will be one of our first pure counselors in a long while! Mediator @Obli When I asked people about Obli, they all said he was enthusiastic person. In my short time being a staff member on his side, he has picked up work with no hesitation. He has hosted multiple community events such as NA Vs EU. His dedication to this community when he has been available have helped our staff team in the long run. I hope to see him get promoted to Counselor in the future! Event Manager @lawi Lawii is someone who I met over the summer and I had the pleasure of getting to know. He helped Shadows and I when we were swamped with Ambassador Work. He is someone everyone can respect because of his dedication and drive for the CWA community. Lawii has been apart of several of our tournaments and provided insight for CWA in a great capacity. He is someone who will do anything it takes to improve activity within our scene. You all will see a lot more from him this year. I can't wait! Gatekeeper @Illegal Illegal has provided input and interest within the community. He was originally tasked with Discord Moderation. But, he has grown interest with providing input in systems such as Discord & Event Creation. He has been able to provide assistance in every area of our systems within the last few months. We hope to see him grow more into this position and you will see more of him on the forums. Well deserved promotion. @True Loyalty We are very appreciative of Mokles. He has provided all the bot work within Discord these last few months. He has provided great ideas with Event Creation. But, unfortunately, his ideas have been too innovative in 2021. We hope to see one of his events to be implemented in 2022. Mokles sincerely cares for this community and has been able to provide clean insight. This is someone who has shown previous interest to help the community, I am happy we finally we were able to give him the position and this promotion! Retired @IMK There is a lot to say about IMK. IMK has been around the clanning communtiy for many years. He is one of the few people I personally trust to hold an unbias mindset + be a source of vast knowledge. IMK in the times we needed him, he demonstrated level-headed decisions and as well played roles in providing insight + dedication in areas such as Clan Clash. We will truly miss him in our staff structure. @Shadows This man came out of nowhere. He hits me up asking me how I was doing and this was when at a time where all clan communications were going through. Shadows offered his extended hand, when I needed it most. Mostly Clan Leaders will recognize his name in this era. Shadows deeply cares for what direction this community goes. Shadows devoted many hours in communications with Clan Leaders and problem solving. Especially in areas of revamp and provided great input on all around the platform. I deeply appreciate you him as a human being. Shadows probably would have had Overseer by now but his IRL is thriving. He will be retiring but he will be around to provide input to the staff. Thank you so much for the hard work you have always provided to our staff team. @Haro The people's friend, someone who cared for the community the direction of where it is going. He provided great help with support within ELO. The times I had pleasure speaking to him, he provided great insight and advice in regards of the community. He has also been around for years and we will also miss him greatly. @Sybren Where to start? I have known Sybren for years. Sybren has been known to be a well-rounded person even on the opposite of a rivalry, you cannot dislike. Sybren has held a staff position for years with us and has provided great knowledge and out of the box ideas that helped us in the long run within our platform. Babysitter Main Clanner Team: Our Main Clanner will assist with insight and assistance within Event Creation, Moderation, System Expansions, and overall help our community to be a better tight knit community. @Molly Whop - PD @smished - PD @Kopites - DF @Lynn Wong- BC We also currently have representation in areas of Rev/Tempest. Pure Clanner Additions: @Paige As you all expected as she has already been promoted on our Discord. Paige and I have had the pleasure to meet each other over the summer. She is one of the most dedicated people that you will ever get to meet. She is someone who has an idea and put it forward. This community will gain from this promotion. She will also provide great insight for the 1 def movement. @Brain Mans has been behind the scenes providing us a lot of insight in areas of PCL + CWA. We are happy with this addition as we need different eyes within our team. @FireBlackAsh Good arounded fella, he will provide insight surrounding the 1 def scene & Legacy. Welcome him with open arms. @Htown Mans will be performing as a Forum Moderator. Please welcome him to the team. As an avid person who reads forums and has shared his opinion over the last year, He will be a good addition for our team! @Wouxi Currently in Team Takeover. He received a hard vouch within our staff team in regards of attitude surrounding reviving the scene!

Today was the day Zenith+SC+TLK learned that they will always be bottom of the food chain. The ayudas scream for war dying for a taste of SC+Z blood as we farmed them x20 (literally farming) Also WG trying to snipe the fights a few times just to get swatted and farmed. Fights took place all over the wilderness, from CA to 50 ports. The farm session was on as zenith shit quality members dropped like flies and SC with even worse quality fell face first to the ground while sent back to lumby. Not only did we fight Z+SC+TLK, we also fought WG x2 at the same time as fighting SC+Z. We split the cc in haft and made sure we dominated the wildy all night long. Two different fights at the same time in the same world, WG at corp getting farmed and Z+SC+TLK farmed deep wildy. As WG got cleared we were in the process of redirecting the rest of Sicarios+Zenith+TLK on 50 ports till they all died lmfao. As we farmed these kids all night long, they made one last stand and its all on video. 40 Zenith+SC would try to hold out the fountain of rune inside. We sent our ayudas to another world to log on top of them and it worked out perfectly, GWASSING them out like rats and forcing them to end. DEMORALIZED As Sicarios (low stamina vennies) ended. Zenith thought it was ok to still pk, we made sure to quickly log ontop of them at lavas and cleared them out in .05 as always. Soon after they returned in 1 item obviously crying in game JAJAAJJAJAJA Tell me @ZENITH HEAD LAWYER @Zenith E-Girl how demoralized are you? We cleared them up and sat at bandits for the next 20 minutes while they would hug singles and brainlessly teleport into bandits.
