No point commenting on my own clan cuz of bias, but from what I’ve heard, Nox sounds pretty good. If Zo is what he used to be like, then he’s probably up there too.

Strong maxed but I don’t think Apex will be classed as P2P ‘legends.’ If they were to close now, would they be remembered in the same light as FOE or TLP are/were in P2P? No. Doesn’t mean if they don’t step it up a few more levels and keep it up for another few years they won’t though.

Could have been worse, he could have had 40 defence

Congrats guys, looks like a nice win.

Idk if it was because I was relatively new to clanning and learnt a lot from them but they were the first ranks which stuck in my mind. Jibs from Epidemic. F2P used to be a lot harder than just clump, push and clump as not everyone was maxed. He always seemed to find ways to disorganise his opponent, while keeping his own clan organised which ultimately led to opponents being picked off little by little - despite lower combats. Ivp/Bob; were the masterminds behind a well oiled machine. They were the ones who motivated people internally but also the ones that came across well outside the clan. Clans today try and use propaganda for their own purposes but they come across as stupid. These two would easily spin view points and events on websites like this which seemed to enhance the reputation of their clan and maintain a 'feel' good atmosphere surrounding it. If anyone questioned them, they'd often be put down through wit and made to look stupid. Not saying that they were the best. Obviously there have been loads throughout the years; 13th + Spelshls from MM (among others), Walli and Connor from FOE & Goop from EOP was decent too.

We could have had this conversation 3-4 years ago and predicted it was going to go down this route. People have always discredited clan wars, despite the fact it is the fairer platform to fight in (unless in a full out capacity). People have always wanted to have some form of advantage to tip the scales in their favour - so have preferred the wilderness where they can abuse the occasional (or numerous) main and additional opt. It was only a matter of time until Clan wars (and matched events like these) became redundant, for fear of losing. So it's not entirely surprising. The only way that sites like this could probably entertain the notion of tournaments would be if the prizes for winning them were worthwhile - but even then you'd probably get other elements of foul play like DDoSing, etc.
