didnt this same clan bully Halloween for months? & thats the only recent named person I can think of who was dumb enough to cuck themselves into EOP, im sure theres been other cases throughout pre-eoc thru 07

Honestly there needs to be a set true clear cut voted guideline on these official xLPCs combat cap levels. It will stop the surge of these same topics about how a clan uses LPC accounts to fit some level 50s

I don't understand their reasoning for wanting an LGQBT event. What do Jagex gain from this? This could just potentially alienate people who are LGBTQ who just want to get on with their lives and not have every piece of media and entertainment flooded with unnecessary coddling. People play RS to escape, not to be reminded of IRL brown sticky stuff.
 
There's a very vocal minority who ruin it for the rest, who think they're somehow entitled to attention and scream at every opportunity that they're special and/or oppressed. This is an example. It's Runescape, not the streets of Portland.

Please be reminded that the intentions of capping the xLPC scene to 60 combat is to:
 
encourage the creation of new clans giving them the opportunity to recruit many of the new masser pures that could be found at varrock f2p or edge p2p. give such clans a breathing gap before they move up to the LPC scene  
Unfortunately, some of the current xLPC ranks have been encouraging 70~ combat while still insisting on calling themselves "xLPCs".
 
Sharkbrew does not condone this behavior as this takes away activity from the LPC scene. Additionally, training your clan up to 70~ combat makes you extremely vulnerable to the lower tier clans of the LPC scene while decreasing the availability of pures you could recruit from.
 
We will take punitive measures against such clans if these behaviors continue to play out
