1. EOP closed after foe declared p2p/f2p fullout on them
2. EOP reopens 1 month later with 20 defence
3. EOP declare a f2p fullout on foe 1-20 defence 
4. What made you think you can even have the advantage to bring 20 def into the scene again when we all agreed 1 year ago that it is strict 1-5 def.

The rivalries are cool, its the fact nobody wants to give other rival clans preps is the issue.
