I expected things to pick up on osrs after BS died out.
Biggest change for me is the fact that every midweek is at 23:30 mass, that's near impossible for the working man.
Official Sunday's would be a gamechanger and a step back into a more official scene. Especially if we use the BS mass time of 20:00 gmt mass so we can actually attend.

We are going to cluster on this day and I'm going to drop items on the ground for whatever clan that is able to get their hands on it.
The items are listed below and I'll probably also drop more on top of that.
Items will consist of thing like: Elder Maul, Armadyl Godsword and Toxic Staff of the Dead. The items will be dropped in the exact locations being listed if you want to attempt to snipe the drops ahead of time.

Battlescape has a neat AFK resource pool where you can park your account to obtain AFK tickets which could be spent on skilling boxes. There is no timeout and theoretically you can leave your computer on for the entire year to farm as much $$ as possible
In some countries where electricity is through the roof at the moment, you could rent a cheap VPS and install VNC on it. Install openjre and run the bscape jar file accordingly

Clans would need to stop associating with main clans, period. Jagex could actually listen to us and bring 1 def worlds, but highly unlikely. Even Zenith for example lately have fucking meds with them despite being a “1 def clan”.
My prediction: BS scene will die out in a few months, people return to OSRS in a 1 def scene. The cycle of 1 def and 1-25 def will keep happening over and over unless something drastically changes like 1 def worlds.
