I rehearesed the conversation countless times in my head, preparing everthing I'd say if just given one last shot to explain myself. Hoping that maybe if I could perfectly communicate the guild I hold for letting things end the way they did, it would cease. Praying the years of happiness we spent together wouldn't be so bitterly tarnished by the few months of misery prior to the end.. It'd been two years since I'd seen her, and today, she appeared at my work. The moment we locked eyes the words I'd prepared were lost in the barrage of emotion I suddenly felt again.
