The Real Clan Awards for 2014 2014 is the inaugural clan awards for sharkbrew.com. Unlike preceding sites, we are the only ones who had to fight off 4 different other sites who tried to compete for the relatively small community userbase. By making it this far and hosting a yearly clan awards, this site and her rank team has proven itself capable of weathering challenges thrown at it. Some of you may be confused by certain sigs where SV won the best pure clan.... don't worry, those awards were held in early Q1 2014 and the result were.. ugh This round, the clan awards are also more significant as we are the pioneering pure community site to introduce a 3 clan vote/point system that should allow for fairer results, and it most certainly did. Without further ado, Sharkbrew.com would like to present the results awards and the signatures. Thanks to @@Dripz and @@Maxx for making the sigs and large banners respectively: Automated Memberlist (BETA) During the progress of the homepage, i received numerous feedback from other clans that the ubiquitous memberlist software from rsclanbase was a fucking bitch to setup and maintain. Therefore, I have made it the personal goal of this site to facilitate the memberlist system over all other homepage apps, and here it is: http://www.sharkbrew.com/runescape/index.php/memberlist It is still a work in progress, but usable for any clans with an IPB forums and ability to install a hook. No FTP is required. Promotions This time round, I will be introducing the Respected rank. The purpose of this rank is to facilitate future mediator promotions as it will allow us to shortlist from a smaller group of people, rather than from a community of 300~. By obtaining this rank, it does not mean a guaranteed mediator positon, rather it simply implies that you have 1 or more of the many qualities to becoming a mediator, and that you are not ready for moderation just yet. It will merely serve as a testbed to see how well you respond when given power. With this said, we will still look at outstanding veterans or members when considering for a new mediators if they are active enough.
