The only reason why it would be fake would be to win the Cold War with Russia. Going to the moon is pretty easy, it's very close and taking off from it is much easier than taking off from earth due to its low gravity ! The video of the moon landing has the astronauts setting up the flag in that position, the flag was supported by rods at the top which is why it spreads out and stays there. thats what people tell u, but have u ever left our atmosphere? I'm not sure what you mean? It's basic physics that taking off from the moon is much easier than Earth. I don't have to leave the atmosphere to know it.
