I don't really care if they have extra attack levels but prayer is EXTREMELY important in most of these preps so anything above 59 or whatever is pretty unfair

It sucks being a 101 cb pure when you are in the wilderness and brown sticky stuff, but its not that much better then any other pure. So you should allow them.

 

If you try to restrict the combat cap there WILL eventually be clans back with higher def to get combat levels and claim they are "HPC"

 

 

Stick to 1 scene by allowing any pure to participate. I dont think this will make people all push for maxed 1-5 def.

The reason why there are very few people with 101 accs in wild right now is because the cwa cap is 88

 

Remove 88 cap from cwa and you have niggas maxing out 99 atk/pray

 

So that means everyone else who prefers builds with 88 or lower cb either has to buy 180m and max out 99 attack or be at a huge disadvantage against others in wild

 

OR they can simply log back in on their hpc accounts (this is what the majority will do btw)

101 cap would be amazing, but people would just use that as an excuse to get 20/30/39 def. 88/89 cap is good since people have to chose high prayer or 75 attack, tho 75 atk, 70 pray and 95 hp is 89 combat
