I just like plenty of other Sharkbrewers could less of a fuck about Whipz, clantracker, or promos. We are not autistic monkeys and can circumnavigate these forums pretty effectively to find this news if we find need be. There is no reason for me to get 5 notifications in a weeks time for useless topics such as these. Not only this but this promotes an image of spammy forums and dissuade new people from these forums. I've made this topic before https://www.sharkbrew.com/community/index.php?/topic/41709-fuck-off-with-mass-mentions/&tab=comments#comment-1178148 and there were several people supporting this idea but for some reason, you are unable to listen to your user's input and insist on sending us tons of notifications. I want to be notified when someone quotes me or someone mentions me. What I don't want is SlushDog or these useless mediators making useless topics and mass notifying everyone on the forums.
