Inter-clan flaming/trolling/Out of game action are greatly reduced in such clans and leaders hold themselves and their members to high standards of civility and politeness in the community. Such clans also generally avoid rivalries and any unethical means of causing hurt or harm to other clans. The caveats with joining an NTPC are that they appear overly strict and the lack of flaming may seem noncompetitive to some members.
