Make sure you follow the installation guide: 

Select the groups:

Then follow the below steps to install youtube ckeditor plugin

And upload the following zipfile

youtube_2.1.13.zip

Then drag the youtube icon to your editor menu

 

Finally when positing any youtube links, make sure you click on that youtube button, select autoplay and let it rip!
