To ensure the assessment runs smoothly, please read through the information below and ensure you are free during the times outlined in your schedule. The virtual assessment will be hosted on two platforms – Microsoft Teams and Virtual AC platform (online platform to access the role play briefs). You will be sent multiple Microsoft Teams meeting invitations, and these will be sent to your personal email. Please accept the invitations and keep this email accessible as you will need to refer to your schedule on the day. You will be participating in the virtual assessment centre for a half a day. On the day at the allocated start time you will need to join the Teams Meeting where the Centre Manager will provide you with further information on the tasks you will need to complete. Please note, there will be times where you will be in a group call with other candidates. There are no group assessments. It is your responsibility to ensure you join the Teams Meeting and sign into the Virtual AC (role plays only). Virtual AC Platform. Please note when you first login to the Virtual AC platform you will be asked to click on the Biographical Questionnaire. This section is optional and advise you leave the sections blank and click ‘save’. For your first role play assessment on the virtual platform, you will need to complete a tutorial, this is timed for 10 minutes. The Centre Manager will confirm the time you need to complete the tutorial and re-join the Teams call. We encourage you to complete the tutorial carefully in order to familiarise yourself with the system. You cannot start the first role play exercise until you have completed the tutorial.
