OP might be able to step up and still pull 40, but their levels and quality can't compete with any hpc at this moment. Idk about Cv, do they have their own memberbase or is it hpc members? Won't give them much chance anyway tho... And about S/Zu/LT "stepping up" last year. It wasnt really a choice to move to hpc. At that moment there were only 4 hpc clans: foe, eop, fi, cp. Agree with you on that last part to an extent. HPCs made the move down to LPC times, since there were only 4 active HPCs at the time. I would say their trips 'sucked', but with four clans there is only so much action you can get. I honestly don't blame the decision made at the time, it's bettered the community as a whole. Wouldn't really be beneficial for an LPC to move up as the HPC action is now packed .. Unlike before whereas the 3 or 4 left hpc's moved down to the lpc scene as Floor said, they were forced to adapt or close. As of now Trauma does ask most of the HPC's for preps but they'd decline because we arent an "MPC" even though we pratically are combat level wise(also even though L/M/Hpc's depends on pulls and not anything fucking else. Imo generally i'd say start by prepping lpc's and you'll see who will be able to move up or nah But frankly, theres like what ? 7 lpc's and 6-8 hpc's? isnt really needed. We're playing for fun some of us don't find maxing out an acc 100+cb fun let alone get def higher then 13 2. The mpc scene isn't fun, it's actually horrible.
