When EOP closed they attempted to reopen again after a good bit went main and pulled many less than their signups agreed. EOP promptly closes again. Now, months later, with summer hitting its final stride, the only worse time I could imagine to open would be at the end of the month with many of us going to college, with highschool starting a couple weeks later. The accounts are not ready, and TLP/FOE are guns blazing as far as weekends go. You will all be med levels with med pulls during a time where most if not all HPC's are full stride.
