Irrelevant Outcasts is a NTPC (Non Toxic Pure Clan), founded for people that wanted to be competitive, but still be non toxic.

IO Opened after a smaller rev team "3c" closed. Opening with 5-10 previous 3c members, IO quickly grew to be the highest pulling US based clan in midweeks, and opened a Sunday P2P trip with 57 opts.
