10. 50/50 on this one, if Clanwars is released then yes if not well... Void will be OP, but the reason why CCB and void wasn't used was because void was lost on death and not be able to be looted. The CCB did not increase damage but only accuracy which is what I assume what this bow will do as well, So void rangers will be even more OP.
