saw your avatar reminded me of kha'zix I went for purple first as a main colour.

searched up a granite background added some smoke brushes and abstracts to it placed a png khazix file in it but it was to bright for purple so I made it green

I don't know much about pure clanning but I thought MPC meant Medium-Level Pure Clans and HPC was High-Level Pure Clans. That's the way I remember it when I watched the clan scene before EoC, they were based on their level requirements.
