    CP Declares On FOE

    No date or time was offered by CP, according to previous declarations the first time and date shown are made default.

    However, BOTH clans must come to an agreement of time and date otherwise the declaration will be nulled.

    From my understanding of these rules, since CP put no official time, FOE's counter declaration should take effect, if CP do not comply then the sharkbrew declaration either get's nulled or CP forfeits & FOE wins.

    • What happens if there is a disagreement about the date/timings
      • Either make it work or the declaring/counter-declaring clan will gain your points. If a clan tries is stubborn and tries to have the event timing outside the regular prep/weekend event hours, they will automatically be DQ'd and awarded a loss in the COTM

    the counter declaration offered no changes to in game rules as per the rules of counter declaring, instead attempting to force a date. the original declaration on FOE still stands. sort your brown sticky stuff out with the date or present a proper counter declaration as per the rules 

    What's wrong with the current date they counter declared with? CP didn't even put a date when they declared so that's their own fault.
