I'm confused by your statement.. I thought this was a topic asking the community for help and knowledge and here you are flaming..?

We are in need of some new and updated Graphics. With the coming of 07 and even before, it is understood that we have one of the most predominate websites. We would like to keep it this way. I am looking for a GFXer that is obviously talented and unique. We do want to pay for your services to our community and we would love to see what you can offer us. We are looking for GFX which may include a new banner, forum markers, group icons, favicons, and possibly more. We have yet to decide what we will be doing 100% but we do know that we are in need of some updates. If you believe you have what it takes to do graphics for our community then let me see some of your previous work and we can jump on irc/ts to discuss pricing and future projects. I appreciate all of the responses and can't wait to see what we get ~ Justin
