i'd prefer a 82 combat cap for LPC and for HPC a 111 combat cap.
2 brackets like back in the days, but thats just my opinion.
oh and if this would ever happen (small chance), i'd like to see 0 addy daddies in LPC, addy belongs in HPC, nowhere else.
