I'm not that well versed in clanning but to me, hasn't the mains been an issue in every scene always? People who cry about it here seem so numerous because there is a single platform where it is easy and convenient to do so and also absorb this information. It's like CNN screaming whole week about ebola, everybody thinks theres plague in US but nobody even has it.
What is the biggest problem facing the pure community at the moment?
Their own inability to learn to have fun, or lack of decency to not ruin attempts from others to have fun
What suggestion do you have that could fix this said problem?
If you are not having fun, then what is the point of playing the game, log out.
How should the unified council or committee decide on which suggestion to push for?
What is this, the senate? pvp community is minuscule, most people are casuals who are not even affected by anything any of these clans do. Maybe get pked once in awhile when in rev caves.

it is borderline delusional to expect jagex move just to cater a single demographic group. Waiting for pure only pvp world is a pipe dream. The clan capes is realistic and much better feedback to jagex but it will probably come with the overhaul of clanchat system

the clancape is the same for all, as in the bank everyybody sees same icon. Once you put it on it takes the colour motive and insigians based on which clanchat you are currently part of. Then again if they are going to make it will there be different tab for clanchat and for friends chat like pre-eoc?

Earliest if at all, they will do it when there is a complete overhaul with the clanchat system. I am for making something similar to pre-eoc just no castles or that shit. Back then you had unique clancapes based on cc.
