Founded by "Hittin" back in 2011, Sovereign was originally opened as a Pure clan. Over the many great years that SV has been around, it has ventured to multiple tiers within the pure scene and is probably most famous for it's stint in the main scene. In 2015, Sovereign made the decision to enter the main bracket and in within months they were challenging top clans at the time, such as Reign of Terror and Ancient Fury. During this time Sovereign rose through the ranks and was undisputed #2 during this time, with huge pulls over 80 members. Now during fall of 2018, Sovereign has re-opened it's doors once again in the main bracket.
