Clan A has levels 60-106 and is in 15 wilderness. Clan B has levels 50-85 (with a few exceptions) It's beneficial for Clan B to get plenty of kills this way, while clan A will be able to get less due to their more spread levels. Clan C rushes clan B with similar levels as clan A and complains that they couldn't attack anyone, when the smarter decision for clan C would've been not to rush in the first clan.
