    FOE is a pretty good clan with a good history and a fairly strong member base. Unfortunately, the current version of FOE has a terrible rank structure that are scared to accept preps. It is clear FOE is living off their past glory and are not a clan that can compete with the top tier clans like EoP and to a lesser extent TLP
