Was intended to be like 60- with no overheads and not to be taken seriously. Considering most everyone in the "LPC" scene has accounts with stats to join any HPC clan they want it was just silly calling ourselves Low leveled. Just because you aren't 99 attack/prayer does not mean you wont be able to compete with large scale clans. Anyways this may be a step in the right direction Tired of seeing "87 cb cap 4 exceptions" etc. xC. Just seems so pointless to limit your accounts from growing and purposely staying below a certain level.
