It's that time of the year again – National Customer Service Week!

This means a new exclusive version of The Drop, a first-of-its-kind Customer Service live stream, daily in-game events, Forum Q&As, Reddit AMAs, Twitter 'Day in the Life' stories and a whole load more.

We really want to celebrate the work our 24/7 Customer Service team do here at Jagex to support RuneScape. Those keeping your accounts secure, the game safe, resolving your issues, replying to queries & tweets, working with the development teams to drive game improvements and fixes… to name just a few of the things they do.

This year we're going bigger. We want to invite you into the wonderful world of service, allow you to explore exactly what we do and how we do it. With activities and events crammed into each day this week, there's going to be something for everyone. As you can see, we've got a pretty hectic schedule!
