If the split with lpc (low defense pure clans, as per the new definition) and mpc (med def pure clans, as per the new definition) is legitimately based on defense difference, then lpc should be 1-4 def 88 cb cap and mpc should be 20 def cap 92 cb cap. 88 and 92 are the combat level of a maxed 75 attack build with 1 and 20 def, respectively. While I understand the concern with people bringing maxed 99 attack 99 prayer 101 cb 1 def accounts to lpc, 75 attack 52 prayer is a legitimate and popular 1 def build even outside of clanning and so should be included in the 1 def scene. Likewise for 75 attack 52 pray 20 def builds in the mpc scene. Arguments based on the fact that 'lpcs should stay low combat!' no longer hold water since the bracket is now simply a scene for 1 def pures to enjoy 1 def action. Limiting lpcs to 82 combat, which isn't even maxed 60 attack 52 prayer, is overly restrictive. Refusing to allow one of the more popular 1 def builds in the 1 def scene makes no sense and limits the growth of the scene by shrinking the pool of possible recruits.

 

TL;DR Let the ags boys play no reason to disallow a very popular 1 def build from the 1 def clanning scene. Don't limit the growth of the scene more than is necessary.
