With DF avoiding Sunday clusters for months now we decided its time that we hunt them in their own time zone.  As always they never fail to disappoint us. After a single poke on ts we quickly gained up to 30 people and started farming DF, without any hopes of being able to compete they tried to call chumpa. They came with 3 people only to end up being farmed.  Hoping that they would remass and try to compete , instead they ended up calling off their 13 man pk trip. After that we ended up going out pking on meds in slayer cave ending up pking the new zaryte crossbow  off noobs
 
No clan in GMT can compte with VR

If you haven't noticed by now; VR have been and will be treated the same way we treated (and closed) CT. All your trips will be ruined (even your 5 man pks), all fights will be blown up, and all Sunday 'preps' will be terrorized.

With another Sunday coming along with Divine Forces, Playdead and Beyond Control clans refusing to come out and play, we set our sights on Heroes.
 
From the beginning to the end of their PK, VR hunted down Heroes every location they went as they attempted to hit Sicarios. Barraging them north of mossies, east of bandits, east of corp and eventually around Chaos Alter.
 
Throughout the hunting of Heroes, Rev attempted to log into us. They really did nothing to us as we turned around and blew them up as they clumped over and over. Broke them into only returning in 1 item at the end, refusing to gear up and fight us.
 
After a pushing Heroes to single and ending their PK and a final GWAS on Rev, we took our ending and called it a night.

The British Empire launches two legal cases.
1) Copyright of the above topic under the 'Copyright Act 1998'.

If you agree to settle this out of court we will accept a payment of 350m osrs gp if paid within 14 days, rising to 500m following this 14 day period. 
2) Defamation of character
Considering it is clear and obvious that The British Empire are clearly #1 on this list, given every clan, apart from Arroz good luck on saturday has refused to fight us.
"Defamation of character happens when someone says or writes something untrue about you (or your business or product) which is damaging to your reputation (or that of your business)
The false information needs to be about the characteristics of a person (or their business or product). It must cause damage to the image of that person (or their business or product).
A defamation of character lawsuit will only be successful if the information published is:
* Untrue in some respect
* Exaggerated
* Reported in an intentionally misleading way"
As all three of this critera are again met we will be sucesfull in court.
The settlement offer if you agree to settle out of court is a further 350m osrs gp if paid within 14 days, rising to 500m following this 14 day period.
 
 
You are now liable for 700m osrs gp, rising to 1b and this topic will be closed by Sharkbrew moderators as everything said in this thread is now a criminal investigation.
