Having a set defence level means abide by that.
Not 1 over, not 2 over, abide by the set defence cap.
Look what happened pre-EoC, don't use "it's just 2 levels" because that's the mentality people have around the pure community & that's what leads up to another era of people saying "oh it's just 1 over, oh it's just 5 over, oh, it's just 10 over." Then it just gets worse, having people @ 35+
30 is the absolute HIGHEST it should be if you're going to accept 1-30 Defence. NOT 1-39.
Same goes for 1-25 Defence clans.

Because we have 5 total with 30 def who don't wear addy.
You have 20 with 30-39 def who do wear addy.
