How can you determine what good leadership is? At one point everyone was new at being a leader and you never know what combo can work out. What the scene NEEDS is NEW people stepping up instead of the old heads thinking they are the only ones capable of leading. If EOP pulls 90 and out of those 90 people a few aren't capable of becoming future high ranks then the current high ranks aren't doing their job, some people are capable just aren't given the chance because everyone is too scared to try out new people. This goes for every single clan. It isn't really a bad thing that all these LPCS have unknown leaderships but only time will tell who will succeed. Tldr; OP is a moron
