i'm just curious why. i want to know why people won't post and what would make them post. i am trying to open my forum however, this forum has great potential but theres something that the community members aren't into

i see this forum usually has 100-200 guests/members but rarely a new discussion. how come? old pc please

slushpuppy, i thought root admin's have power to view IP's no matter what; i have never came across a IP blocker mod via IPB. Also, doesn't it defeat the purpose being a forum board director? Didn't know cloudflare had encrypted their customers IP's.
