You guys had a very good run there - unquestioned #1 in the wild for a long time towards the end. Just wish you prepped more during your time as #1 to show off the quality, cuz I actually believe it was there and it's a shame that it didn't get to be seen consistently
The TLP/EoP rivalry in the early 2010's was pretty great. One of the first times I developed an actual hate for a runescape clan and that's more than likely a passion I won't feel for this game ever again (although it still feels great to beat foe in high-opt p2p preps )

if you don't develop a hate for your opponent then you're not going to go far in a rivalry. tlp vs foe was an intense rivalry for sure, but it was healthy in the sense that it stayed in the game and each clan brought the best outta eachother. I love competition and going up against the best, and I've always had respect for their clan wars quality. Most of the reason I had hate for foe while in ub was because they bent the knee to that prep embargo that you guys implemented vs ub and it was an even bigger bitch move than eop making a prep embargo in the first place. That's why you won't see me joining foe or eop - because I don't want to be associated with a clan with that kind of mindset

Made my first good pure in 2008 and joined my first pure clan in 2010 (TLP). Up until 2010, I was a big part of the main-bridding scene - being part of teams like Exiled, Kill Orgy, Team Ambition, and made my own team with Half Life Xx in the pvp era called Team Geckos

Idk why people are saying foe shoulda redone round 2. Foe gave fi plenty of time after the opts were matched. Was just terrible coordination on fi’s part, waiting til the last possible second to tornado etc because they “wanted to see where foe attacks from” and then fi dips into the southern pocket and stays there like that’s ever worked for any1
