Yes EOP capes very extinct, camel poo. Persian Tom, Adhi and Couck stacks up the eop capes to make bank l0l. Instead of wasting time ingame you can be on for 2 hours on sat and Sunday and make millions/bills from EOP l0l. Feels good to be in a quality clan and making bank so easy.
