Both ranks from the respective clans have to agree, I say this because for example, I ( I'm in imperial ) can mini rage tomorrow and beat them in 10v10 and claim a win, but in reality it was just a regular mini. Basically, have both ranks PM me on SB stating your fighting before hand, and the winning clan please Tag me/Pm me in the video topic showing your win! GL to all the HPC's who should be starting their 10v10s this week.
