As you can see, I blurred out the hat colors and the capes with the very high quality 3D effect blurring tactic effect, I also kept the sigtanure in a 3D grey color effect with a 3D blue and white effect tactic in it, for a more 3D effect, then to add the white glowing effect, I used the 3D white glowing effect tactic in 3D, this makes the sigtanure even more realistic and 3D, and to finish this 3D master piece, I used a 3D white border effect tactic, and lowered the opacity, for an extra 3D effect, please watch.
