I told @@slushpuppy and @@Moni many times that with one sided rules like that, Olympus would not even show up do not bother making it even happen, yet they continued to make the topic, and bent all kinds of rules to get the fight (that was never a fight or was ever going to be a fight, especially after we had already won the head to head the day before) on the CPL ladder. Not to mention the circumstance of the fight which was never seen before in SB history. (Again another Admin/Mod overstepping their reach to bend the rules). Yet we've had that argument plenty of times before, but who is SB to stick to their rules as is proven by @@slushpuppy's responses to your legitimate call outs, which has still left all of your questions in the air.
 
So here are the questions as simple as they get.
 
Are we going by the rules that were originally this month for every other clan and declaration?
Are we going by the rules of last month where you asked where did you say you couldn't declare after the 15th? (If So thanks for COTM may because neither of our declarations counted)
Are we going by the rules of halfway through the month?
Are we going by the rules of the first declaration locked by spam?
Are we going by some rules you are making up right now?
 

 
 
If you are saying your words are true and law then we will stick to it.
 
Also if not then it should be stuck to the before the 15th, or the 1 Declaration per month, because both of these are broken here and still are.
 
Your best bet would have been to step back and let your rules be law and not try to intervene and twist where you shouldn't because nothing was wrong in our counter in the first place. Which would have let the fight move on at it's original pace.

Interesting calendar choice, especially considering that for most civil/public purposes the Chinese use the Gregorian calendar nowadays. Traditional Chinese do observe their calendar as well, of course, so more power to you for that. However, if you are going to switch over to the Chinese calendar for the purposes of this prep, I should probably tell you that in the Chinese calendar June 17 (Gregorian) translates to MAY 13th. Grats Imperial for adding to your prep total for the month of May.

Yet you still put that prep that was never going to happen on the CPL when it was never a prep in the first place and was made on ridiculous terms. Just based on the fact that declarations don't even go on CPL, and this prep was said it was never going to happen that first night, yet you acted ignorant as ranks of SB and still posted the topic disregarding what was said, the fight should not have been on CPL, nor should have ever been a fight in the first place since we beat them in a prep literally the day before.

You can say "it was a typo and has been around forever!" but you clearly never cared till now, the rules as I read and interpreted them are how they have been applied, typo and all. We let them now last week and plenty of times throughout the week what day and time.
Also this declaration was set for 1.5 days preparation Olympus gave them over a week and a half, especially more than 6 hours.
 
It is not my fault ruin was poor at preparing their members, and it was clearly ruin's choice to not show up the this event.
Also during the mass/ prep time ruin was busy teaming with CD/ Imp all in the same cc to just fight the guys we had massed up for the prep they were not busy with the Tourny fight,
