We approached Mayans earlier in the week for a rematch. They accepted and we had 3 rounds of First to 50 kills. 1st Round we only lost by 1 kill, we kept our composure and took the next 2 rounds in convincing manner.
Seems like every time we beat Mayans they have a new excuse. Take it on the chin and get over it, you'll look less broken.

We hadn't fought Wilderland in a while and they've had some good wins recently so we approached them for a fight. They accepted and we had 3 rounds of first to 25/50 kills.
The fights were close until mid round, after which we picked up the pace and widened the gap to secure the 3-0.

Immortal have been on a killing spree as of late, going 4-0 in the past 2 weeks, 3-0'ing Tempest, Wilderland, Violent Resolution & 2-1'ing Sovereign. This week we eagerly anticipated our next challenger, Mayans.
We approached them for a high opts CWRI, they accepted and we had 3 rounds of first to 50 Kills.
1st Round Mayans took the early lead and kept a large kill gap for majority of the round. At one point we were down 7 kills but in no way did that phase IMT. We picked up the energy and came back in insane fashion winning Round 1 at the buzzer. Round 2 we took the early lead and never let go, kept it moving and took a convincing win to secure the 2-0. Round 3 was back and forth until Mayans took a 3 kill lead with only 6 kills left to win. We picked up the pace once again and steamrolled through our transitions, solidifying Immortal as the Comeback Kings.

Round 1 was a close back and forth fight but we ultimately brought it back and won. Round 2 and round 3 we gained a lead early on and widened the the gap to secure the 3-0.
