Its not being harsh, granted a few people have been, but notice the designers have been harsh, then offered suggestions and tips on how to correct to make it more appealing. People like you annoy me; you seem like the kind of person who'd rather be comforted with a lie than told the truth.

Give this kid some time Kierann, Once he gets the hang of blending modes etc etc, Wont matter how much is happening, It will all flow nicely and that same image, With the proper guidance and a better font/text style, Would look amazing. @@Maxx

no i wasn't implying that you needed them to recreate, It's just simpler and you can more precise corrections than you can with a mouse ( or maybe thats just me. )

Yeah, i agree. Smoke on the bottom looks a bit rough. But other than that, That is wicked. Looks like blending options are your bestfriend as well Much like mine haha.

So much easier with one of those Drawing tablet thingys though, I can't think of the actual name, But you know what i mean. I find mouse movements in illustrator are too intense, Even if you reduce the sensitivity, It's alot easier on those drawing tablet thingys.

Not too shabby at all, Probably a 7/10. Try to make the reflection less visable and position it directly under the text, You can see the overlap on the reflection. Try to blend the brushes a little better also, IMO, The smoke is too full on, a much softer version would do the job incredibly well. Other than that, not too bad at all. True or nah ? @@Maxx
