Think Doom can do it. Good leadership and strong ass community. Quality is good. CD and Doom decided to focus other clans on these weekend trips, I think you'll see Doom smacking 50% of the HPC scene to begin with. What will more than likely happen though is CD and Doom will chase each other in HPC and brown sticky stuff tier clans will snipe.

Honestly without bias I think the top contenders are Apex/Olympus/Slaughter, Apex and Olympus have consistent pulls and solid member base at the moment and it's only getting stronger, Slaughter's only problem is the transition. AAO is after making improvements, so I think they could possibly be contenders when they're up enough. Ruin are super dead and using mains/other clans for pull, if they take a leaf out of AAO's book and just rebuild, they could get somewhere. Clans have gotten out of worse slumps.
