What is the problem?
There are not enough new blood in clan world. Clans are paranoid of new people/ thinking they are spies or doesn't want people without experience/ teach them.
How does it affect clanning?
clans are slowly dying out. There are no more balance

Solution
Make something like LCS in league of legends by gathering people from current clan scene and form new teams (atleast 4). all fights would happen in clan wars
make some kind of skill rating system to each fighter (how good they are in battlefield/ tanking) caller ( how good they are at calling) and officials (how good they are managing and running their team)
Every team should be balanced by having same amount of callers and fighters .
there would be one application for all teams what would lead to some kind of draft thing where clans should choose their new members.
Fights would be streamed in twitch and shout casted if possible.
this league would be led by people who aren't part of any of those teams. They would have access Clan chats/ discord or TS so they could stream their voice while streaming and walk around in map since spectating is quite bad in CWA.

I think this could work if right people would give it a try. it could start from 4 teams fighting 20v20 to something bigger .application should be verry detailed so lazy people wouldnt join and dissapear
