Simpler Posted October 5, 2018 Report Share Posted October 5, 2018 I've always looked at it as the first step to prove your worth within a rank structure, depending on the clan an officer's role can vary quite a bit. They usually are hard workers and they put in a shit load of effort and contributions behind the scenes that can go unnoticed or may even be overlooked.
