F2P: (TLP) The Last Pures - Very consistent clan, also they have the highest combat average compared to any other clan, they also a veteran rank team who are hungry for a fullout victory.
P2P: (FOE) Final Ownage Elite - Overall the best p2p pure clan around, high-opts and low-opts. They have alot of experienced p2p warrers, and after losing the 2014 Jagex cup from a DQ they are hungry to get a win legitimate.

It's totally expected that you guys steamroll brocollis like AAO/Extinct/VT. Will be interesting when Loki returns and you guys dominate the HPC clans.

I don't think you read the OP. You contradicted yourself by saying they will get no action then say they will get dominated by "med level/tank clans" which one is it?
 
They're going out on LPC Saturdays to fight LPC's on their pure accounts and will be getting preps during the week as pures.
 
 
On Sunday's they will be allowed to come on zerks/tanks and go out and fight HPC's. I highly doubt they will have anymore trouble than pure clans as a maxed 75 attack zerk is only 97~ combat.

This is why EoP has ALWAYS been a joke. Irrelevant for 10/12 months and struggle to compete for the other 2. Kind of ironic EoP has the audacity to call Fatality Slumptality when their very own clan has been slumping for 8/9 years of it's existence. The thing every EoP rank likes to bring up is their "dominance" in 2011 when all it was was relying on FOE to team against MM. Never once has EoP managed to hold the undisputed #1 like every other HPC excluding CP (lol) has done.
 
 
That being said I still do believe EoP in 2011 had the strongest rank team of all time simply because they turned a clan that struggled to pull 10's to a top contender. Drop the false sense of bravado and admit the truth EoP can only dream of being mentioned in the same sentence of Fatality/Fi/MM.
