    Can't really see LPCs moving up because the majority of people I've talked to do not feel that the average HPC account is actually a pure and don't want to "ruin" their account to compete.

    I chose 83 simply because I think LPCs should be limited to 1def only, but I agree with @@Murd's reasoning of 87 since currently every clan accepts 20def.
