See, you lack the mental capacity to even realize that I'm not the one in need of an English class silly . Your eyes are choosing to only search out the words that are capitalized and since I chose to mention the fact that you misuse the English language in an attempt to define my post, you assumed that I might have been in need of a class in said subject . It's ok though, wisdom and common sense run hand in hand with one another, and as you AGE you may possibly find that understanding such concepts will help you do something in life (including create well-formatted replies). The fact you went through the effort of capitalizing the E in English yet chose to spell "you" with just the letter "u" makes this post so humorous I'm not even going to bother hiding it from view of others so that they can view your hypocritical idiocy and truly realize how heated you are to have been labelled as a simpleton. Thanks for the laugh though

    Religion

Religion as it stands is a cancer to mankind in terms of limiting progress and overall knowledge. When religion was originally established and used as the most basic form of governance and unity it was a boon to Man, because it got people to work together and begin to make changes that would "honor God" or more realistically just unify the people of the local inhabitants. However, because business and government are more viable forms of population/society control these days, religion now is nothing more than a flashy distraction for people to ignore the true issues that are out there in the world. Because of its ability to be changed and re-written/revised as years go by, more and more new interpretations in different religions are created every 5-20 years, with these sects sometimes completely splitting off and calling themselves a "new" religion, but not really offering anything new to people that they haven't already been able to have by practicing previous religions. If religions were more about spirituality and less about materialistic/law-teaching concepts I feel that they would have a better place in the world, because Mankind as a whole needs a better understanding of balance, Karma, peace, and morality, however religions these days do not focus on those concepts, but more rather the details that differentiate themselves from the others, so that they can receive donations and other forms of income to allow them to "preach" and "reach" more corners of the globe. Speaking as an Agnostic Deist (I believe in God, but follow no book), I personally believe that you are honoring God just by your sheer existence, but particularly any time you progress yourself into a better station of life and turn around and do good deeds, whether it be for a significant other (intimate love) or for a group of strangers (social love). I do not try to be perfect by anybody's standards, not even my own, because if I have achieved perfection in this life I no longer have a reason to exist in this life. Mind you most people in the world are not introspective enough to develop any sort of morale code or read about different morale codes to develop their own philosophies, so in that I believe religion is good.... but it should never be used as a basis for law, government, social customs, or business. Warhammer 40k did it right. Eradicate religion from the planet, and when people begin to worship any individual as a "Godlike being", put them to death for heresy if they refuse to at least restrain their belief, rather than attempt to spread it to everybody they lay eyes on.

Doesn't matter which clan you join, so long as you find one that fits your personality/cb level. If you don't have an account just be a mercenary and go with whichever clan lends you an account for the trip/event lol. Plenty of others do the same thing.

http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/rant?s=t Learn what a rant is before you continue to prove my point . The majority of the people who posted on here lack the mental capacity. You personally may not lack the capacity to read the topic, but you apparently lack the capacity to accurately analyze it. A rant would be something I would see from you or sithlord or any of the other ranks that post on clan-related boards yet seem to strive to have as little substance/care in them as possible. Prime example being bitching about anything and everything, even an open ended thread that had potential but was not fully realized due to the mental deficiency the readers have. Aging isn't something about years as it is maturing and developing within ones' own life, however the passing of years mark that progress and the annual social celebrations remind us that we age. My topic was a ramble from a content happy state of mind, where I am thoroughly enjoying my current status in life (personal and work related), and I was hoping others shared a similar if not outlook, then experience(s). However since that isn't the case and people merely chose it as another option for a +1 hey-let-me-try-and-act-like-I'm-better-by-not-acknowledging sort of thread, I am more than happy to run mental circles around said individuals, ESPECIALLY if they choose to misuse the English language to discredit my original thread concept. Thanks for the +1 though regardless of its invalidity.

The best part about this topic was reading the responses of those who misunderstood the founding emotions of the thread, mixed with those who lack the mental capacity to focus long enough to read .

Wardy this is the deep circle side of me, I'm actually quite happy and content, however a few of the lads I knew back where I grew up are not in the same spot as me, and it's made me a lil inquisitive as to people's perceptions on aging. Or rather awareness of it. This is merely the thoughts of the idea conveyed in words as best as I can manage lol. This is not a train of thought that hounds me, it's just something I was thinking of whilst drunk on my birthday this past weekend .
  7. I support CP's Elders actually moving on from active leading and allowing their members the decency of being able to join clans that have capable, stable, and progressive rank teams. As history has proven, there will always be a copycat clan, who's to say that the next CP isn't already on its way into fruition? At least if they were free to choose however, the CP members who are actually good loyal lads would have the ability to be selective and experiment with different sorts of clans. But on the real I expect CP to have Chain and Drunk return in a fashion akin to their 2010 days of crazy 30def massing and somehow find a couple boys to take up the leadership roles, and then claim to be #1 once they manage to pull 45+ again. Even though closing would be best in my opinion at this point.

    Aging

As is to be expected, whenever people age, or at least realize that they have aged (mostly noticed during birthdays, but other times during more prominent and non-annual events) there is a reverie of sorts that people enter, remembering the times they've had and the ways that they've progressed, digressed, or stagnated throughout their life. Recently, I was away on vacation enjoying the time off of work as well as taking a break from my usual routines in terms of entertainment, sleep, sex, and driving routes. As I was going about without my usual routine of tasks and distractions, the thoughts and memories that come with downtime were able to fully circle in my head and make me realize just how young I am, yet some days I don't feel that young and other days my body tells me that I'm not that young. It's an odd thing to say, but my parents used to always tell me that the older you get, the faster time flies. That is regardless of your occupation, personal life status, or intellectual capability. Every year, as a birthday ticks off the official annual age of my bodily existence, the memories flood in on my changes and memories from days past, and it's a really personal, introspective process that I enjoy doing, because it shows just how much I've achieved through my life both as a person and as a cog in the "machine" as non-conformists and off-the-grid people refer to it. But I know very well that happiness and contentment are often circumstantial/perspective based, and so as I make it back on the computer for the first time in a little while, my question to those of you with adequate brain capacity to read and question yourselves, is how have you aged? Do you enjoy what you've done in your life so far? If you don't, what are you doing right now to change that? If you don't care about your life, what things (if any) do you care about? Aging is something I personally look forward to. I have always said that I revel in the fact that within the next 8 years I will be in my 30s, which is weird to say, but at the same time I truly believe like that is the age range that I will be enjoying my life the most during. Curious to see those of you older lads reply.

Were this joke not so cute I would facepalm. But all it does is remind me of @@ibro
  12. To be fair, I did not lead. I merely attended and assisted in calling when needed.
  13. Mainly the server instabilities and the resets. After that though is the server switches and the lack of action despite having 100+ returns easy as pie.
  14. In no particular order: CV CP POP xL Trauma SV Uprising Venom Devastation Chaotic and if we're talking about periods of slump that were noteworthy, MM late 2011 early 2012, EoP 2008-mid 2009, Fi 2009-2011, FoE 2011, CP 2009-2014 with a brief break of around 2-3 weeks per year where they massed up 60-80+ recruits. TLP and Zenith don't make it on my list due to them being only competent in Clan Wars.
  15. Strmaster803 recruited me to EoP from late 2008-2009 as I slowly built up a pure. From there I have forever been hooked on keeping tabs with the community. Even if I take a week or 3 break I still come back and check up on how the scene is doing.
  16. The ability to reset def is sweet.... the dual-wield brown sticky stuff is still potato masher as fuck.
  17. Not going to get into detail on this. In no particular order: W0w2many Korrawi Speshls Goop Ydoc Prateek Jibs T Milli (wilderness) Roofis
  18. To be quite honest, I feel like the general concept of ranked clans based on Clan Wars performance has long been in decline, however that doesn't mean that it shouldn't be implemented, but it should only be implemented when 80% of the majority of clans choose to participate. @@Victory and those who agree with the sentiments of "well this list doesn't matter" or "gl no real clans are going to care"... All I can say is in this game, with this community, I would have to differ. In previous years when the pure community was largely infested with F2p people who merely logged on the weekend for their trips, and those were the high energy high action dense events of the week that had 100-200+ people participating per cluster... and that was enough to get by for the players of this game in that time. However times change, and now we are at the stage where the more active a clan is, and the more it recruits, the better and bigger its community is, and so does it improve in terms of quality. Those clans who are incapable of matching that are obviously not well established or organized, and should be focused on their own affairs rather than their standing in the community to begin with. The mentality of "if I don't participate, that means that you cannot say you're better than me" does nothing but make you and your clan come off across as weak and not up to the times. Even as an older player, I can admit when I'm past my prime in terms of activity, which is why I'm not an active figure in clanning communities as a rank or member. If your entire clan is at the stage I'm at, maybe you should reconsider your clan being open to begin with. Internet pride is nothing my friends when it gets in the way of in game entertainment, and if your online entertainment is not participating in the game that this community plays on, and rather attempting to ruin the community that plays it, then maybe you should find a new game, move on to a new hobby, or just tell your mommy and daddy to stop paying for your internet service if this is the only community you feel like you can make an impact in. Too many of you think you're too good for community trials. You hide behind excuses to cover your lack of activity or lack of proficiency for the game, rather than attempting to better yourself/organization at the game to actually be at the top of this community. Stop trying hard to be try hards and play the damn game. @@Batman @ @@Chesty Puller as long as you guys care about the growth of the community there is hope. Nice to see young active people putting in effort.
  19. Definitely some worthy assets for people who maybe want to have lines of communication open with people that aren't in their own clan community already. Cool stuff.
