Given the clown fiesta that's happened between a few clans lately, some rules have been clarified and changed for declarations. It's mostly rewording to remove ambiguity, however the major changes that you need to know are:

 

HPCS:

 

Maximum armour caps can only be lowered in a counter-declaration, not raised. 

 

MPC/LPC/xLPC:

 

Can only lower the combat cap to the minimum of the Minimum Combat Cap formula, not raise it

1-5 def cap for LPCs (No exceptions)

25- def cap for MPCs (No exceptions)

Maximum armour caps can only be lowered in a counter-declaration, not raised.

Agreed. Have a grace period though (End of this month or next) before it's removed so those who really want it can get it in a reasonable amount of time. Otherwise those sitting around 4k~ postcount right now will be spamming the boards like crazy.

If you have any improvements that are actually beneficial , PM me. And I'd add them going into the big boy categories such at 30v30 , 50v50 and full out.

 

 

If your not a moron and actually put something productive, I'll add it such as

 

Time period of when a clan can put off a fight till

 

When a clan deserves an auto win if a clan does something wrong in portal

 

etc etc.

I didn't decide to leave due to the community, most of the members are actually awesome people and some are close friends of mine. It was clear from the beginning I wasn't going to synergize with the existing leadership structure and did what I saw fit. It's not like I'm going to run off to another clan with some vendetta against Mayhem, I'm sure they'll do fine without me and I wish them all the best of luck.
