Is it really important to classify clans so strictly?
IDK but the best way to see what division clan you are (or if you're a lpc or Hpc if you like) is just by what time the clan goes out. Division 1 clans go out at 3:30 est D2 goes out at 5:30 est.
Of course you shouldn't see clans with 100 level 90s vs like 40 70s, but this kind of resolves itself if there's enough competition. If an Hpc is having trouble in Division 1 and decides to go out and hit lpcs instead, an hpc will most likely follow them and kill them if they do it enough. And if an Lpc never moves up to Mpc but is clearly out leveling and pulling everyone else then HPCs may also come to their trip times and hit them just like with what happened with the first wave of lpcs.
Aside from trip times the best way to classify a clan is probably firstly by levels, secondly by pull, and thirdly by prestige.
