Check out http://www.sharkbrew.com/community/index.php?/topic/1079-the-rank-structure/ for their roles. Rank shuffles. I have also decided to shuffle some ranks around due to their varying expertise. I feel that the current rank setup is stronger to do what they are best at. Also I have introduced "Discussion & Feedback" as a link to allow any member to communicate their opinions about the site to the admins. This forum also serves as a tool for me to announce small updates that should not go into the announcement topic.
